Who is Neo? All things. ?
Who built the Matrix. ? Neo before the first movie.

How do we break the codes?

At the end of the film, Neo appears in four places, The third installment of the Matrix Franchise. : the bench Scene where the Indian Girl makes the Sun re appear. The Oracle, Architect, The Asian protector of the Oracle and the Indian girl are all present. This is the four stations or points of the Cross. Neo is every single one of them.

How do we explain this.

Movie one. Neo Meets the oracle and she says, he is not the one. But he has potential. Fiat Lux and Socrates, Know thyself ( A reincarnation of Jesus Christ in real life) appears over the doorway. When Neo breaks the flower potter, just before he does, the Oracle excuses him for breaking it. That is Neo training himself. Neo leaves the Oracle and Morpheus tells Neo “ What you heard is for you, yourself.” Neo does not believe in himself. When Morpheus is captured by the Agents , all the Matrix crews deny to go save him because non has ever defeated an agent. He is being held by three agents, and Neo decides to rescue him despite the denials of others. Trinity who later in the film reveals what the Oracle told her, she decides to go back into the Matrix with Neo, Neo tells her not too, but she is determined because she knows something inside of herself, revealed late in the first film. She would fall in love with ‘The One.!’

In Movie three, Neo remeets the Oracle, this time with the Asian protector of the Oracle. Neo has just found out from the Architect he was created as a Machine by the Matrix but somehow there was an anomaly which destroyed the first four worlds (?). The Oracle confirms to Neo that she is indeed just a machine living in a Machine generated world. Neo knew the whole time but plays it like a pro and they leave Neo, both the Asian and Oracle lock the door and Neo battles 100s of Agent Smiths. He gets tired and then leaves. He tells Morpheus the Truth and Morpheus does not believe Neo that he is just an anomaly, a mistake, and not the one. Just a machine.

The progression of Neo from non believer to believe courses over the three films to the ultimate ending where he feels he is the one and can face the machines at Machine city. Trinity is his companion, like Patroclus to Achilles. She is his squire and partner in adventure. They go toward a fateful ending together, she dies first. Just like Alexander the Greats’ buddy dies first and then Alexander dies soon after because his role in life is finished. He was there to shake up the world.

The best part of the first Matrix movie to me is when after Neo and Morpheus fights and Morpheus is just trying to get Neo to rethink, reinvent himself, there is a discussion of Neo’s real potential powers. This was my favorite part of the first film. And perhaps the entire trilogy.

Dialogue:
Morpheus: I’m trying to free your mind, Neo. But I can only show you the door. You’re the one that has to walk through it.

This is was will be my favorite part:

Neo: What are you trying to tell me? That I can dodge bullets? Morpheus: No, Neo. I’m trying to tell you that when you’re ready, you won’t have to.

This floored me. I never saw this in the theaters, I only saw the first installment or first movie on cable in 2003, and did not see the last two installments until 2009 ( after going to UC Berkeley, re entry student, undergrad 3.58 GPA. ) . I happened to watch all three of them and liked the third installment the best.

Here is why.

In order to beat the machines, Neo had to know he is The One that made it all. He knows this prior and after by after arriving at Machine sentral to do battle; after crashing and Trinity dies in the crash, he tells the Machine that Agent Smith has ‘infected’ and entered the real world; when in reality, Agent smith is a part of the Machine or the machine itself. This allows Neo to have one final battle with Agent Smith to save his remnants of humans of Zion. For those who have not seen the third installment ( Spoiler alert) . The machines break into Zion’s upper levels and they are just about to enter the last level and kill all of the Humans, there are only moments left until they breach the entry and kill off all the remaining humans, including Morpheus .

Dialogue:
He fights for us. [referring to Neo's final battle for the salvation of Zion].

So the climax of the movie is quite thrilling. Neo then does an epic flying battle with Agent Smith while smiths’ clones look on by the 100,000s or more. Here comes the keys.

Dialogue: “Why do you persist. “ - Agent Smyth after beating him in the fight, but Neo is not done, he stands back up to fight some more.

Dialogue:

Agent Smith: Why, Mr. Anderson? Why do you do it? Why get up? Why keep fighting? Do you believe you're fighting for something? For more that your survival? Can you tell me what it is? Do you even know? Is it freedom? Or truth? Perhaps peace? Yes? No? Could it be for love? Illusions, Mr. Anderson. Vagaries of perception. The temporary constructs of a feeble human intellect trying desperately to justify an existence that is without meaning or purpose. And all of them as artificial as the Matrix itself, although only a human mind could invent something as insipid as love. You must be able to see it, Mr. Anderson. You must know it by now. You can't win. It's pointless to keep fighting. Why, Mr. Anderson? Why? Why do you persist?
Neo: Because I choose to.

Before Neo resurrects he answers Agent Smith and says, “ Because I choose too” [ referring to getting back up again, after Agent Smith defeats him, and then using his GOD like powers of light to fight back : Free Will ].

Free Will is the original discussion in Movie One 1999 with the Oracle and Neo. The end ties beautifully with the end of the trilogy.

Agent Smith then infects himself into Neo and Neo becomes Agent Smith. Then Neo resurrects and Agent Smith explodes all of him and including all of his drone or clones.

The next scene after the declaration “the War is Over” and Zion has been saved will be back inside of the Matrix where we see the Oracle, Architect, The ( Seraph) Asian protector of the Oracle and the Indian Child. All four of these persons are Neo. remember, Neo is the machine, and so are all of these characters.

Dialogue:

Seraph:

Did you always know?

The Oracle:

Oh, no. No, I didn't. But I believed... I believed.

Remember in Movie one, the Oracle convinces Neo that he is not the one. It is Neo that has to go through all these movies to finally believe in himself to defeat the Dark Forces of the takeover of AI. the Machines.

How do we understand this Key. ?

In between the last moments of the third film, a flashback of neo defeated who was slammed to the ground, Agent Smith blew up, into pieces, Neo’s body did not. He lay lifeless on the ground. When they pulled the camera for a close up, or the screenplay, the person laying dead in Neo’s place is the Oracle, herself. Not only was Neo a male but also a female. The four characters at the end represents the four crosses of the Cross ( superimposed) when Neo is resurrecting at the Machine central and in the Matrix destroying the Agent Smith Clone Drones.

It also represents the four worlds; from one dimension to the fourth dimension. The cross represents the four worlds too. But like the obelisk of Washington D. C. the District of Columbia. 555 ft high. We are moving to dimension level 5. That's our future and what is discussed in the end of the third Movie of the Matrix.

The keys: This sixth Anomaly is the boost code. We are at 3D, but understand the fourth dimension exists. But we are moving to level 555 ( top masons 555 = 6 ( or 1+5)) ; which can make us understand the fourth dimension of spacetime in order to travel inside of the Sun or move to another Galaxy. It is a progressive algorithmic wave function whoever very very complex.

Understanding this , much of this prior to seeing the third installment in 2009. At Berkeley in a co-op, very nice large big Screen with awesome sound system, purchased previously by house money on their budgets gave me a nice view and atmosphere to study and enjoy the trilogy .

By the time I started to first see the second installment in 2009, the first viewing I had already figured out Neo knows he is GOD, already. He fakes it for all in the film. But that is the beauty of the film. It is a masterpiece on par with Star Wars’ first trilogy. Otherwise these are the top two hollywood franchises of all time in many people’s view. Like Star Wars 1977 ( Master number(s2) at the end) and Matrix 1999 ( Master number(s3) at the end) these two movies are regarded as ‘ground breaking’ in many different genres from technical to intellectual to fantasy and enjoyment For these discussions see other experts who have already spent time and effort to reveal this and give them credit. There is much more online. However, again do not take this to a classroom for a report from high school or college and do not sue me for this, this is just conjecture. Not all will be able to understand the complexities and thought that went into these films.
